Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from a product’s date of delivery. Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Any issues due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or loss is not covered by this warranty.
What our warranty covers:- The warranty is a one-year guarantee against defects in material or workmanship
- Normal wear and tear
- Any damage or malfunction in the product subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or negligence, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity
- Any damage or malfunction in the product caused by unauthorized repairs, or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than Creative Home Furnishings
- Improper assembly or disassembly
- Any modification to the product
- Commercial Use
